1. CONSTRUCTION: |

All the
ships are hand-made from the beginning by skilful
and experienced craftsmen. They are built according
to scale of the original ships through original
plans and pictures using the plank on frame
construction method.
Our
model are completely built from scratch. Not kits
are used. Each model comes with stand for display. |

2.
MATERIALS: |

|
Highest quality woods are used combining together
like Rose Wood, Ebony, Black Wood, Mahogany,
Teak…All the wood is naturally seasoned and dried up
before using to make sure that the completed
products withstand any climate. |

3. HOW ARE
THE SHIPS MEASURED? |
| |
| All
ships of the company are measured in centimetres. |
| |

4. DELIVERY
TIME: |
| |
|
Orders for out of stock items can be finished in
four or eight weeks depending on the quantity
requested. For stock available items, delivery time
is two or four working days based on the ordered
quantity. |

5. PLACING
AN ORDER: |
| |
| We
accept orders on line from all over the world. You
can also contact us by phone, fax or e-mail. |

6.TERMS OF
PAYMENT (T/T) |
| |
|
We
accept wire transfer. You will be instructed clearly
on how to transfer money into our bank account when
placing an order.
For
container order we accept 40 % down payment after
confirming e-mail orders. The balance 60% will be
paid against shipping documents prior to shipment of
goods.
We can
only agree an L/C at sight for orders over 8.000 €

7. PACKING: |
| |
|
Each complete ship is individually packed in a
carton box. A wooden crate is used to protect the
ship from any breakage during transportation or
heavy objects placed on it. |

8. HOW ARE
THE MODELS SHIPPED? |
| |
|
Spain:
For samples or small shipment, we ship out by SEUR.
For larger orders, we shipped by common carrier.
(Freight)
Europe:
For samples or small shipment, we ship out by DHL.
For larger orders, we shipped by common carrier.
(Freight)
Rest of
the world:
For samples or small orders, we ship out by UPS.
Container orders will be shipped by ocean freight.
For
less than a container load (LCL) the minimun
shipment is 1 (one) cubic meter.
For
quantity order we usually send the shipment in a
full 20 or 40 foot container load.
It
takes about 8 or 10 weeks from Bilbao (Spain) sea
port to overseas by sea freight. |

9. PROBLEMS
OF DAMAGED ITEMS: |
|
Please
notify us by phone, fax or e-mail immediately within
7 days after shipment arrival if you receive any
damaged items. Please also provide us photos of any
damage. |
